Summary:
During the field mission, ROTA delegates  found that classroom spaces were not up to standards, and in most cases would severely impede learning due to lack of space, light,  ventilation, and general facilities.  Some classrooms lacked easy access to water as well, adversely affecting hygiene.  This was the primary factor in the high drop-out rates in the school, especially with female students.
