All trainings were conducted by resource persons from the Association of Academic Quality.

Teachers trainings were conducted in two parallel clusters:  during the academic year was training of conducted two days a month, while during the summer break, training occurred more regularly.  The trainers provided on-the-spot feedback to the teachers along with a brief written report which provided opportunities to look into their teaching skills and how to improve these further.
